Shipping & Returns



We aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours of receiving payment. During public holidays and weekends parcels are sent the next available working / business day.

We use CourierPost, Post Haste, NZ Couriers for the majority of deliveries in New Zealand.  Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Order dispatched confirmation and tracking numbers provided. All parcels can be tracked on the courier company web sites. Please note we currently do not deliver to PO Boxes.

Rural, Larger & Dangerous goods parcels such as aerosols may take 1-3 days, parcels may also take longer on public holidays and weekends or rural delivery, parcels sent Friday are delivered Monday, no Saturday delivery.

We use a Signature Required service as our standard service. This means that the courier will need a Signature Required on delivery so someone must be available to obtain If you are not available they will leave a 'Card to Call' so you can arrange redelivery.



We will reimburse you for any product delivered to you that is faulty or is in a damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, you must notify us via email. Please include your name, order number, and contact details so we can best help you.

If your item is missing please contact us within 14 days of purchase and we will lodge a claim with the courier and do our best to find your item.

We do not provide refunds for a change of mind. We will happily exchange any undamaged product purchased from us so long as it is returned unused within ten (10) days of purchase and with proof of purchase. If undamaged goods are returned to us for exchange, please note the return of undamaged goods for exchange is entirely at your cost and risk.

If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we provide a credit note for the amount initially debited for the purchase including packaging and postage charges.
